As we mark Dyslexia Awareness Week, we’re delighted to announce that Natalie Brooks has joined Calibre Audio as our first-ever ambassador.

This year’s focus on dyslexic adults and their experiences in the workplace makes Natalie’s appointment particularly timely.

Natalie is the Founder of Dyslexia in Adults and author of Dyslexia Unlocked. She has supported more than 3,500 adults with dyslexia through executive dyslexia coaching and works with organisations including BCG, Microsoft and the UK Civil Service on dyslexia in the workplace

As a dyslexic person herself, Natalie is passionate about breaking down barriers and helping people understand the value and accessibility of reading. She also has a strong and engaged community of adults with dyslexia, making her a fantastic fit for Calibre Audio and our mission to make reading accessible to everyone.

Dyslexia affects around one in 10 people in the UK – approximately 6.7 million people - according to the British Dyslexia Association. Yet many people remain undiagnosed and without the support they need. Natalie’s support will help us break down misconceptions, support our educational programmes and reach new audiences.

We’re thrilled to have Natalie on board and look forward to working with her to raise awareness of accessible reading and help more people experience the joy of stories in a way that works for them.

Watch Natalie talking about why she is joining us as a Calibre Audio Ambassador.
